normal. mine wasnt updated for 7 days. and received the parcel after 2 weeks. for a delivery that usually takes max 4 days. too many Christmas parcel postmen wanna cry edy haha

Poslaju can hold for how long? 14 days right? 3 days only. Chillax. If u need urgent just ask them to hold at office and u pick up yourself

you can always file a complaint and get a complaint number. i would suggest calling the hotline rather than email. they never reply email. trust me.

They do reply emails.
My emails to them always replied.

Ts, if you need it urgently, you can go to the post office or delivery centre to pick it up urself.

Doesn't 'Consignment dispatch out from transit office' mean my parcel is in transit? I would've never ordered from sellers that use poslaju if i knew it could take up to 14 days to get from KL to KLIA. Thanks very much for your reply kind sir

Used ninjavan once, got lucky and received my parcel in a day

used ninja once too. they sub poslaju to send to my location also xD . anyway if you make an enquiry to poslaju, they'll be able to tell you the the actual whereabout of your parcel. just to ease your worry a bit la. what they see on their end sometime isnt the same as what we see on the tracking site. and if they are unable to do that, they'll start investigating and follow up in a few days.

It is holiday time sure no update one. But once in the system it is ok just need to be patient to wait for it. Poslaju is like that.

Every logistics company has a SLA on the maximum number of days the item is on hold by the company. Unless you go for some expensive service like DHL guaranteed next day delivery, the rest of services would put an pre-greed SLA that you're kinda expect to adhere, unless you become a bit rajin and self-collect. That's why company like LEX and NinjaVan sometimes has bad repo.

Anyone had experience for Poslaju parcel that is stuck at "Item Processed - Pos Laju Parcel Hub" ? Its already 4 days and my parcel status is still not updated.... i take it 99% my parcel is already lost.

Just call pos malaysia hotline, they'll generate report number to force item to be locate then deliver to you. 8am to 8pm you can call.

Me too, 2 days, will see what happens next week.
