If send by post office money order you need to write down your name address and i.c. in the money order form. For banks money order is quite the same if I'm not wrong.

As i said when fill the money order form u will need to write down the sender name,Add. & i.c.

Money order from post office is for local states. For international u need to go to bank and do telegraphic transfer or etc. to another country. U will need more personal details from the sender rather than name and addresse , go to any bank website to check-out the conditions and fees.

All i know is that not cheap like maybank charge Rm 10 to send there and the receiver also will be charge by their local bank for the transfer, so i dont think is wise to send it.
