If you are buying for own stay, anywhere you can afford and like is good enough. No need for analysis. However, if you are buying for investment, cause you want to maximise your investment potential (ROI), thus the need to really understand how the product will work to your benefit. For me, BRT is not a good property booster. It’s expensive and rather limited in range compare to MRT. So you have to ask yourself, for that same price, is this the BEST investment product out there in the market today? Only buy when you can surely say it’s a YES and list down the whys convincingly. |

i went to the actual construction site, there is still a empty land next to this project, looks like some car repairing/old car spec center, will this be abolished later on?
