Good review, but USJ One is farther away from BRT. For Impian meridian start selling from below 300psf and appreciated to 500psf(we are talking all are 1000sf big units, which is 500k property price ) until now and price already stable. Skyloft is 630psf after discount, we are talking about 400k property price which I only afford, I can't afford 500k.

Yeah, it really depends why you are buying for.
If you are buying for own stay, anywhere you can afford and like is good enough. No need for analysis.
However, if you are buying for investment, cause you want to maximise your investment potential (ROI), thus the need to really understand how the product will work to your benefit.
For me, BRT is not a good property booster. It’s expensive and rather limited in range compare to MRT.
So you have to ask yourself, for that same price, is this the BEST investment product out there in the market today?
Only buy when you can surely say it’s a YES and list down the whys convincingly.

Interesting sharing there. For USJ 1 (You One), 650sqft come with 2 layout, I would say those fetching above 700 psf definitely is the 2 bedder type. This layout is comparable with SkyLoft 650sqft (also with 2 bedrooms).

i went to the actual construction site, there is still a empty land next to this project, looks like some car repairing/old car spec center, will this be abolished later on?

also heavy machineries yard for sunway group.. but seemed like they are moving the yard opposite Giant/Mydin (the land sunway bought recently)
