I heard that the developer might build another residential unit at the emptybland beside this project. They bought the land and planing to launch next year. Dono whether true or nt

Those who bought facing east/highway will have dust and view problem in 1-2 years.

Basically Sky Loft must be compared to USJ ONE, because the pricing is launched at similar to USJ ONE’s subsale value which is RM700psf. So is Sky Loft fair value, based on the subsale market, yes it is. But at RM700psf is it worth buying in a place like that? Probably no.
Why?
Cause Casa Subang if you see it today are filled with foreign workers from the factories behind. Take a walk there at night, I bet you won’t feel safe. Haha! Plus, most importantly there’s no “boosters” to further boost the capital appreciation higher.
Will the price go up? Yes it will, but what’s your long term goal? Exit strategy?
However, the other project which is just beside Sky Loft is Impian Meridien which is only transacting at RM500psf. Wow! Such a big difference.
Mind you, they are just separated by a wall. Therefore, if you look carefully, don’t you think Impian Meridian have more potential to appreciate in value based on price psf?
