Currently i'm having 3 choices now.
1. Enesta kepong Bumi lot 2. Ritz community Salak South 3. PV18 Vista langkawi Which one u think is better, location wise, and future appreciation wise? |

Want to have mrt go with enesta or Ritz. Kepong is a chinese area, assuming you are bumiputera you may want to go with Ritz. But kepong is more like a Cheras types of Chinese (Orang kampung) so the people in the area are quite friendly and helpful compared to the city folk.
