I called Qoo1o cust svc. The CSO said cart coupon (RM300) not valid for items listed as group buy, daily deal and time deal. Both sellers for Huawei Mate 10 at 2299 fall under this category. So how ah? Their ad banner say RM1999 after RM300 coupon. rclxub.gif not familiar with Q0010.

I just made my first ever purchase yesterday at Qoo10 for a Mate 10. Quite a mafan experience for me because I bought RM300 gift cards for RM291 plus get free RM300 off cart coupon but after buying 5 gift cards, Qoo10 send me email my account suspended pending verification and request for my IC, latest utility bill and credit card statement. Ding dong ding dong. Took several hours before I could finally buy the phone with all the savings. For online retailer, Qoo10 really bad first experience, very confusing and convulated. Hopefully the item and the seller wont be a problem.
Extra: I have to thank helpful lowyat members in this forum for advising how to go about it and get most savings.

I tried asking for sorry voucher for cancelled items, they mati mati say cannot and will just refund the money. Whats the magic ayat you use?
