I got experienced the same, second top-up unsucessful.
Should be have a time frame cannot top-up too frequently.

If got billing means you use wise pay.. For wise pay one top up a day only (for one account)
Because Lazada instant top up no need delivery and billing, why use wise pay since Lazada one can use ezback voucher?
