anyone bought from senheng can share experience? my order 12 days still processing. isit normal? even chat with lazada cannot do anything. lazy wanna cancel cause got 150 discount.

if buy stuff like fridge from senheng via lazada,
1. will plusone member get automatically 2 years warranty? 2. can i purchase additional warranty? (add 3 or 4 years, depends on answer for question No.1) |

lol ive been waiting from midnight to use the code and they said code fully redeemed. i think thats BS. for fully redeemed code will writen "Code Fully Redeemed"
in this case, i think the code never activated at all - "Sorry, your voucher is not valid. Please check for any typing errors".
