Bought an Oven from Senheng during 12.12, after ten days, no update at all, still showing processing. Email to Lazada, then replied saying that still within time frame as due date is on tomorrow. Then Call to Senheng and ask, WTH the fella told me "OUT OF STOCK", then blame lazada nvr filter the stock, what a shame with this company thats been survived in the market for so long.

u complaint to Senheng or lazada? really sucks, SH still dare blame Lzd for not filtering the item.

At the end, said out of stock, need order from supplier which need to wait another half month only able to deliver. WTF with this shit company.
I call lazada directly cancel the order and now still waiting the confirmation email of my cancellation request.

Really bullshit company.

Sent couple of emails to them, but not getting any feedback also.
I called them directly and ask for compensation for this incident.

Maximum discount is 80.
Not sure whether its bug or what, cuz the tnc showing dfferent things lol.
