ordered one item from china which last day of delivery (get by xx) was yesterday. Go to live chat they insist must wait 15-25 day from order date and that get by date does not mean anything. Only if dont get after 25 day can request refund ?
order tracking still show processing from day 1, and no change at all is this true ? help......... |
