anyone bought from senheng can share experience? my order 12 days still processing. isit normal? even chat with lazada cannot do anything. lazy wanna cancel cause got 150 discount.
I think my deep drier is from sen heng. Basically dont bother with Lazada because Sen Heng dont bother to update it. One day they suddenly showed up and received the item.
1. will plusone member get automatically 2 years warranty?
2. can i purchase additional warranty? (add 3 or 4 years, depends on answer for question No.1)
Cheaper via Lazada? I don't mind buying aircond via Lazada but fridge, better buy in shop. If got problem, straight 1 to 1 exchange. Why? Some send their demo unit.
sen heng via lazada also offer 1 to 1 replacement (for small items). but if see in the fridge thread, mostly they will send technician. hardly see any comments give change 1 to 1.
I also never heard it but since my sister was working for Pana last time, she had some contact. Mom bought a Japanese brand inverter fridge (Not Pana though... LoL), but she claimed suck more electricity since not cool. Technician came and after few telephone calls here and there, managed to get 1 to 1 exchange (Even though few months already). New one came and electricity bill gone down a bit.

Aramex paling tak boleh pakai, buat delivery tak call langsung, main drop off kat guard house je. Check status kat website , updated delivered. Sekali call guard house ada barang tak drop off dari courier, rupanya kat situ.

I only had one delivery by Aramex when I bought Brands if Im not mistaken. I would say its pretty good. They called and asked for directions. Not fast not too slow... just ok ok only. GDEX better nowadays... sms before delivery.
Guys, my 11st local purchase seller gave me invalid tracking no. I keep on spamming in Q&A zero response. Then I send email to 11st and the support ticket but zero response. Now how eh?
Lazada was much better with livechat.
New seller? I got encounter few times before but all item arrived safely.
Once was a S8 which seller entered imei code instead of tracking number. Another time was shopee purchase from China with a tracking code that is totally invalid in poslaju page but trackable only in shopee.
Not a new seller. The shop has been selling tyres and car products. Courier service was TAQBIN. Just weird how come 11street didn't respond to any of my query bout it. I whatsapped and contacted seller via 11st no response. Item already tagged as Non Arrival on 4th March, seller shipped it around 20feb. Until now, nothing.
Any idea how to expedite this without going viral?
Just sent them another email with aggressive tonne. Probably even add some suggestive actions like reporting to consumer tribunal etc.
I been to 11st to collect gift before. They are located in nu sentral.
