I'll tell you what, I was using my Redmi Note 4 msia set on maxis and GPS works perfect

When I change to celcom, the GPS issue started. The culprit was the APN that was auto set up wasn't correct, it was using 3G APN. When I go online search for celcom 4g APN and change it, all issues resolved. Shared with my colleague on his mi max also all GPS issue resolved.

In the redmi note 4 thread someone mentioned umobile also have the same problem not only celcom.
