Hi Guys, wanna ask something, on 12/12 last year i bought some items but the delivery quite late la, but still end up arrived sometime early this month.

But the status still showing the item not yet delivered. Guess what, lazada initiated return and refund me with voucher recently. Not that much but still feel guilty, how to proceed? or just ignore it?

that is dishonest act by the way. don't hope for this happen to u ba. for honest genuine person, they find it problem, coz need return back money or item to them. troublesome.

Kalau tak jadi nak return okay la. Lazada has made mistake refunding to my CC even though item actually delivered. I contacted them to inform tapi tarak org want to reply also. Kalau mcm tu nothing else you can do. But if you don't try, sama je pick up money and put in pocket.
