Based on individual item savings can be really high though. TESREVO30 gave 30% off a price which was actually same as the in-store price for my toddler milk powder, so I end up spending RM14+ (actually below RM14 including credit card/shopback benefits) for items which are RM21 promo price (normal price RM26.50). I bought 15 packs....

Anyway BTSDEC15 just saved me another RM25 on a wifi router for my parents. 15% max 25 (min spend 50) but only for home & living I think.

Both those are specific though, only some items fall into those category. Supposedly those with good discounts....

Refund is RM92. If you complain they can give you additional RM20 sorry voucher sometimes.

Do you realize Lazada T&C doesn't allow for bulk buying for resale? Not that they check, but if you make many orders your account will be banned. Doubt you'll get support for this.


Just call them and complain. I just say "I bought the item when it was cheaper, already wait so long and price gone up, now you ask me to repurchase at higher price?" At least should be able to get sorry voucher for the price difference.

No issue to do that. Take note that to get RM500 voucher need minimum spend (I think 1k or 1.5k). If one swipe only and didn't hit minimum spend than only RM300 voucher. If no swipe no voucher.


Customer can choose to do what benefits them, within the T&C of the bank. Cancelling card is all customer's rights.

You're the one being silly. Dropping the unprotected SSD on the floor compared to packing it inside a box with newspaper protection. If that box got dropped from table counter in front of me also I would still use that SSD no problem. You're acting as if the SSD came in an envelope and not a box with padding inside....

Kalau tak jadi nak return okay la. Lazada has made mistake refunding to my CC even though item actually delivered. I contacted them to inform tapi tarak org want to reply also. Kalau mcm tu nothing else you can do. But if you don't try, sama je pick up money and put in pocket.

Also cashback card + shopback is about 10+%, which petrol rebate card gives that?
