Me too. Top Up preapaid for twice and all didn't get cashback from shopback.

Reload through wise, yes all the time successfully tracked by Shopback. But instant top up never. No order confirmation too, so cannot report missing cb

Do not use the mobile reload specific link from Shopback. It has been reported before in Lowyat that there is a problem with getting cashback from that link. I think there is a bug or something with the link that prevents the tracking of cashback. Click on Lazada from Shopback and search for the reload page from Lazada. All my reloads can get cashback by doing that. It works for instant reload as well as Wisepay.
