Guys, it look like lazada having lots of issues currently. Maybe you all can try use paypal as payment method at least paypal still can protect your payment and they have strict refund policy. we called skynet every 2 days since 8 march. everytime say will check, but everytime they ask very detail what is the item. the first time they ask whether it is a phone. deal with skynet lots of time before but they never ask in such detail. they probably steal item coz they know lazada will refund. the item tracking code is obviously from lazada because it starts from "LAZxxxxx"  they probably though it is ps4 or some shit.   dont think they will give sv though coz this is the second time my colleague kena this month, the other case lagi imba. the delivery guy (lex) say no one at home padahal we're at office whole day. they end up sending it back and process refund then give sv. when i bought an item deliver through lex few days later, they blame that my address is hard to find and we should put address of the surau next door then collect from surau. wtf. this "genius" should go invent a cure to cancer instead of delivering shit.

Why Lazada still using this logistics service?

Someone asked and got replied, try again 24 hours later.
The gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, I am not in a hurry to use them. I just want to convert all expiring Sorry Vouchers and Maybank shake codes into Lazada GC. Nothing to buy and nothing cheap at this moment.

Shouldn't u use up expiring SV to buy items of almost equal value and use free promo codes to buy LGC? I normally use small value SV for free shipping items or mobile top-up.

cheap service i guess. Also,each courier has their bad and good all depending on areas. In my area, poslaju and skynet are good, i have no probs with them. But gdex.. idk how many times i had to rush them to deliver my items that had no update at all. They won't throw the whole basket of good eggs if only a portion were rotten.
What i think they need to do is be more attentive for courier choice in certain areas. Like Town X majority problem is skynet,so they avoid using skynet for Town X. Or better yet give customer option to choose their preferred courier during checkout
