hey guys , need help complaints lababa ,  received defective phone & talk to CS the item was returned in the same day. More than 1 week plus , everyday talk to CS different CS different story. check in redmi 5 plus thread , some of them already received the refund.
today cant contact their live chat CS .
any idea to contact their top management?
