actually if out of stock, they will give you a small piece of paper stating the voucher is OOS in this station and try again at other station or at a later date... so not sure if strict cashier will accept that reason..

sometimes MBE just give a piece of paper with the return numbers on it, it doesn't matter as long as you get the return numbers

i follow up closely, sent them an email with attached screenshot of MBE receipt.
will update again once i got reply from LAZ.
i think LAZ reluctant to give SV now, not even apologizing.

i print the return label and tax invoice, gave the return label to MBE and put the tax invoice inside the box, MBE tape the box for me and gave me the small printed receipt.
return form no need print except for boxit, my first time return item, so keep my fingers cross

no need, MBE can prepare for you if you lazy to print.

i asked for sorry voucher again, for the 3rd time.
noped.
i asked them to cancel the return process and send back to me.
i called palit and they can change a new one for me.
should have done this first.
