CIMB website very buggy... esp on mobile or tablet. I had to do it on my laptop’s browser instead. The form page shl shown up after you have login to your Clicks

Curious, without CIMB clicks, once registered, how you gonna check the balance in ur newly applied prepaid card?

Oh which mean there’s an option to opt for card or card-less? Cause signing up with CIMB Clicks nvr prompt me with that option

Try different browser if possible. Safari, FireFox, Chrome, Explorer... etc...
My fisrt application, done it on my iPhone last week.
Then the website updated a few days back (suspect conincide with the CIMB Clicks maintenance)
When I try for 2nd application:
On phone (iOS or Android), form loaded; fill in everything but just can’t select “YES” for the T&C so cant proceed.
On iPad, same thing happened like yours; after log-in straight go to “my account” details instead of the sign up form

Theoretically 1 IC can hv one CIMB Clicks hence 1 Lazada Prepaid MasterCard only
Just like @ClarenceT said, but I apply on my wife behalf... will try to apply for family members (before March end) who don’t have CIMB Clicks

Register the Prepaid MasterCard first then you will be prompt to register CIMB Clicks

Just check... Lazada GC rm50 rm100 rm200 all OOS... or is there diff SKU Lazada GC?

U mean it’s OOS but still an be purchased?!

It shown after completing ur registration along with ur card no & expiry date. If u missed it, no worry just check ur CIMB Clicks setting. U can request it
