I think my deep drier is from sen heng. Basically dont bother with Lazada because Sen Heng dont bother to update it. One day they suddenly showed up and received the item.

Cheaper via Lazada? I don't mind buying aircond via Lazada but fridge, better buy in shop. If got problem, straight 1 to 1 exchange. Why? Some send their demo unit.

sen heng via lazada also offer 1 to 1 replacement (for small items). but if see in the fridge thread, mostly they will send technician. hardly see any comments give change 1 to 1.

senheng lazada price is same with physical shop. but if buy at lazada can use coupon. just now browse fridge, can save up to RM150 with coupon.

I also never heard it but since my sister was working for Pana last time, she had some contact. Mom bought a Japanese brand inverter fridge (Not Pana though... LoL), but she claimed suck more electricity since not cool. Technician came and after few telephone calls here and there, managed to get 1 to 1 exchange (Even though few months already). New one came and electricity bill gone down a bit.

Senheng items selling at RRP generally are too much more expensive than those already discounted one from other Lazada merchants. Like the fan below rm298 vs rm384, even with the rm150 discount is not worth it.

Go and ask them at their FB page. Send pm said u from lazada n give order number. Ask for tracking. If small item used M Express. If sen heng give the tracking num, see the progress n can call politely to M express when to send.

I did this becoz i will be on holiday for christmas so at least i know the timing of delivery.

If big item, sen heng truck will sent out from warehouse. This one the best, sen heng will usually wont reply your pm. U ask then an hour later someone came to your house. Real story of buying fridge n washing machine last time. Usually 2 bangladeshi guy came. One old and one looks younger.
