I still think you have a rouge app running in the background. Just for the sake of testing, maybe you want to restore your phone and set up as new phone first and see if there's any drainage after idle. Remember to back up first so you can restore later on. The other thing you can try is turning off all location service and background app refresh. Just to make sure that's not the culprit, later on turn one by one to see which one causing it.
