What is your storage capacity and total usage? It could be the phone freeing storage space.

I once read a "hack" which I have been using ever since to free space on my 16 GB 6 Plus. The hack is to download a movie from iTunes Store and the phone will start to free up space.

When the phone start freeing up space, I noticed that my icons for some of my apps will be dimmed.

New owner here: Space Gray (256 GB) from MAXIS since yesterday. Because I ported out to DiGi before, tenure less than 1 year old so they needed me to sign up for auto-billing. Also changed from RM 98 plan to the minimum RM 128 plan.

Should’ve done more research for the casing + tempered glass protector. Got the SPIGEN Neo Hybrid but think the SP is too thick causing bubbles ... when I snap the phone into the case ...

Congrats on your new toy! I'm using Hoda gen 2 full SP and it's amazing. No problems so far. Currently using the Spigen Ultra Hybrid and it's perfect for my needs. Don't have the bubbles issue with my combo.

Thanks. It’s quite an upgrade from my 6 Plus (16 GB) 😬

May seek alternative SP if something happens to this one. Can’t remember the brand but I think the guy told me it has blue light protection or something.

Wasn’t really listening and they only had 2 SP available which I thought I better get cause accidents can happen!

Haha thanks bro! Finally upgrading from my old trusty iPhone 6 (which is still serving me well other than its deteriorating battery). I could only afford to change my phone every 3-4 years.

Been an iPhone user since 2008. My first iPhone was the legendary iPhone edge 2G. Its a gem and I still have it with me. biggrin.gif

I myself upgraded from 6 Plus (16 GB). Finally can have music in my phone! 😝

And my first iPhone was also the edge 2G which still runs fine. Only problem is sticky side plastic mute switch and also the sleep/wake button.

Hi,
Anybody here brave enough to NOT use any screen protector/casing on their phone?

I’m thinking of getting clear skin for my phone. Which covers around the ports, especially lightning port in case of accidental scratching when plugging charger in...

Gestures-based
Like it or hate it, the implementation of the swipe up gesture to 'go home' to home screen, swipe up and right gesture quickly shows the multitasking window and many more really help in the fluidity of the experience of the phone as well as iOS.

I have pretty nosy colleagues (OK, just the secretary for now. She seems to like to glance what's on my phone screen) - so I find the swipe up to close screen pretty nifty and quick to escape prying eyes biggrin.gif

Somehow find the gesture quicker than pressing the HOME button. Or it could be cause my old phone was the iPhone 6 Plus and I'm on a faster processor now ...
