Recently I bought Gift Card RM45 from Shopee during sale 12/12. Received 2 days ago. Today use the card at Petronas station, shocked to know that the available balance is ZERO. Get printout and call Shopee tel 032298 9222 & spoke to Shah.
He said cannot help. Ask to contact seller pdbretailmarketing directly. Cannot give phone number and wish me to have a good day! However, only can do online chat with pdbretailmarketing and the bad news is no response. Chat many lines but still no response!
Look up for pdbretailmarketing in web & leave a contact note with mesralink.
I felt cheated and lost confidence with Shopee.

It just undermine my confidence on online purchase. I thought it is so much convenient especially with the delivery. Never knew the hassle that I need to go thru just to save only RM5.

I want to give closure to my earlier comment on Dec 27, 2017.

Mesralink emailed 24 hours later & gave me a case number and refer my complaint to another dept. Unfortunately, the referred dept did not contact me.

So, I returned the card to Shopee since it was still within 15 days giving the reason as faulty item. After investigations, Shopee refunded the RM45 into my Shopee Wallet on Jan 2, 2018.

Thereafter, I have to spend some time to learn how to activate the Shopee Wallet in order to utilise the refund for another new purchase.

Lucky for you all guys, I think I do not want to buy another Petronas Gift Card. As for me, it is not worth the hassle that I have to go thru for the savings offered. You are lucky if you got no problem with the card.
