Pos is cheaper for small items and no choice for small sellers.. but if u hv a corporate acc, skynet and others muchhhhh cheaper for heavier items.

i dont blame the staff. I blame poslaju. They just take order/parcel without even calculate the capacity of the manpower they have. Then pay their manpower peanut.

Yg tu mcm noob seller je.. Eventually he ll get complain. Aku tgk yg professional tuh siap repack, wrap, sticker semua. Sbb siapa tak tau kurier mmg buang je package tu, ataupun gudang ada tikus ke kucing lol

If pack nicely i think posmen will appreciate it. Yg tak pack tu mmg patut kena lempang parcel dia

Not really. Very slow postage and customer service. Look at china post and their volumes, and delivery time, and delivery COST. Cheaper, faster and handles super huge volume as well.

ikr. I also got relative live jitra. Farmer only but vellfire merc. Sommore got 4 cars. One for himself, wife and 2 children.

Very few people want to take up the delivery jobs. My local branch is so shorthanded that they actually call (yes, call! how many couriers will take the initiative to call the number on the slip unless absolutely necessary?) the recipients to pick up the parcels if they want it fast.

my box in 2009 in much much bad shape than this. i'm surprised got everything ordered that come with the box.
