Comparatively to Berjaya Land The Tropika, it was way overpriced and it is selling slowly, even for Tower A which has been in market for some time. Their maintenance fee come close to RM600 a month!

The sales personnel informed me they will hack all the doors and rebuild them to accommodate wheelchair and also hacked the living room and master bedroom windows to make them taller cause customers complained currently ones are too low and can't see too much of outside. 0.0

The sign board purposely provides misleading information to cheat buyers.
Bintang address is this, definitely not bukit jalil
Address: Jalan Impian Indah, Taman Impian Indah, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Bk jalil postcode is 57000. Those Z resi, The Rainz, Kiara, address also indicates Bukit Jalil, but their postcode are not bukit jalil
