Can Bukit Jalil's infrastructure sustain the growing properties?

There is PPA1M Bukit Jalil (as per the Mudah link above), PPA1M Mercu Jalil and PPA1M Parcel 2 Taman LTAT (both in construction) in Bukit Jalil/Puncak Jalil.

My question is:-
1) Can PPA1M be rented out? Because as per Pr1ma, they can't sell/rent in the 10 year's time frame.
2) Oversupply/rental war already ongoing in the area + PPA1M units will become a disaster. Still worth the investment?

Ouch! Then the RUMAWIP, PR1MA and PPA1m will really messed up the investment in KL/Selangor.

Wasn't paying special attention on properties news/talk before this until I have decided to invest this year, thanks buddy

I went to the showroom last Sunday. The Tower 2 are selling fast with all but few 807sq ft, 1,209sq ft and penthouse all taken. A lot of 1,009sq ft left though. Booked one of last few 1209sq ft. 646K in total after all rebates, discount and free MOT. Original price RM841,000.









Comparatively to Berjaya Land The Tropika, it was way overpriced and it is selling slowly, even for Tower A which has been in market for some time. Their maintenance fee come close to RM600 a month!

The sales personnel informed me they will hack all the doors and rebuild them to accommodate wheelchair and also hacked the living room and master bedroom windows to make them taller cause customers complained currently ones are too low and can't see too much of outside. 0.0

Went to the showroom, their layout quite nice and around rm580 psf to rm620 psf.

But want to clarify, the location is not really at bukit jalil... I see is more toward kinrara side ady... Anyone can provide input? Thanks.

Sifus, this project suitable for young family own stay? If say future 5-10 years later sell without loss possible?
