yes and no la... you go murni area there, already tons of cars around road side.

however, bintang area are wide 2-3 lane roads intersection 'ing with wider main roads spanning 3-4 lanes and shooting to highway ady... impossible cars can park there and not invite an accident. (or saman)

Bintang doesn't seem like a sound investment in properties.

It is however, seemingly a good place to start a family/own stay, which is why I'm ok with it and counting on the poor investment outlook so more likely my neighbors will be actual residents than short term rental tenants
