Comparatively to Berjaya Land The Tropika, it was way overpriced and it is selling slowly, even for Tower A which has been in market for some time. Their maintenance fee come close to RM600 a month!

The sales personnel informed me they will hack all the doors and rebuild them to accommodate wheelchair and also hacked the living room and master bedroom windows to make them taller cause customers complained currently ones are too low and can't see too much of outside. 0.0

Hi, may i know what's the rebate u got? 646k after rebate frm ori price seems discount a lot. I'm considering to get 1 unit here as well. Thks~
