To those who live near DirectD Subang or those who often frequent this outlet or the nearby shops at Jalan SS15/4b, Would like to ask. Is it difficult to find parking around the area especially the road along SS15/4b on weekdays say around 8.00pm to 9.00pm? Or the traffic will be lesser if closer to 10.00pm?

Would appreciate some insight as I would be planning a trip to DirectD within these few days. Thanks.

parking is a bitch there, you might get a spot if you're lucky. Just double park and leave your number.

As long you're not taking a long time, should be ok.

I don't know about night time but I"ve visited this area only twice about 2 years ago. It was around lunch time and afternoon 3.00pm and I recalled after driving 2-3 rounds around the area I still cannot find parking, and cars were double-park along the congested road. One would have to "fight" to get a parking if you notice a car coming out from a parking spot. Overall it wasn't a nice experience. Fortunately I don't have to go to SS15 these days but that area is surely packed up.

Perhaps night time it wouldn't be too bad but looking at the restaurants and mamak there, not too sure.

As a Uni Student who studied at SS15. I can ensure you that there will be abundance of parking at 8 - 9pm. Heck there might be a parking infront of DirectD itself. But as the others said, you can also try the DirectD that's beside of Federal Highway. Here's the Address "11, Jalan 51a/219, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor"

I guess the best place to go is the 1 beside federal highway. At USJ is useless to find parking. Is too crowded.

Thanks for all responses. I have checked with DirectD PJ branch beside the federal highway yesterday and they have run out of the phone model that I am looking for. DirectD Subang Jaya informed me that they currently have stock for the phone that I want.

Parking will not be difficult at that time.

Whatever you do, avoid coming during daytime unless you plan on taking grab or public transport.

Yes, prices are rather high but for this month they are having year end sales and some of the models have a huge slash in prices. I prefer to buy from a shop than online although the price may be slightly higher.

Went to DirectD yesterday at about 8.30pm and the car parks were all full even at that time, with few cars double-parking. Luckily I found an empty spot but have to walk further a bit to the shop. This place is surely quite busy even at night, although most of the shops there are already closed. I guess the few restaurants and mamaks there are keeping the area alive. Some of the handphone shops are still open but there aren't many people in those shops during the time.

That's where I found the parking spot, just few steps up from Klinik Mediviron. Even along this tight stretch there were few cars double-parking along this road already. Luckily I went into the spot and didn't keep driving further up. When I was walking toward DirectD, I noticed there was no more parking space already and few cars were still double-parked along the road. Even at 8.30pm to 9.00pm.
