Guys, I hope someone can really help me with this, as I am really not knowledgeable in handphone area.

My nephew's phone was stolen, and I am planning to get him a new one - but I have a budget. I can't really spend more than RM500 on him. Less is better for me, as cash is kinda tight.

He kinda wish for something with bluetooth, and hopefully mp3 ringtones.

Anyone here can give me a list of handphones I can consider and the prices? Let's start with something in low budget.
