I got my first pay and going to use it to buy a new handphone

samsung u700 seems interesting...how much is it for an ap set ?

Need recommendation for possible new phone. I think my needs are more to 'businessman' market segment. I want the phone to be a painless way to input my daily appointments, reminders, at the very least

1. Brand --> no preference
2. Budget ---> hopefully less than 2K
3. Specs
---Ok Camera
---Play .mp3
---Go online (wifi minimum)
---Can watch .avi & use Microsoft Office
---Can sync with PC
---Battery last 4 days at least

4. Type/Size --> doesn't matter, can fit into pants is ok.

Or i should wait and see what s60 touch UI has to offer first?

yup, i think z610i will suit ur need, just bought for my wife, AP fullset for RM588, but black color la, pink need to add rm30-40 more, blue no more stock, for me functions not very interesting compare to nokia but my wife luv it, dont care la, hehehe..

plan to buy 5610xm for myself later, anyone use it can share here??

Slim?? Samsung U700... Got all the spec that u stated above...

The 5310XM aint bad.but for me i'd top up abit more and get the 5610XM better camera and i prefer the design.

will the joystick of sony ericsson k810i spoil easily like in k700? i am currently using a SE k700i... i was so frustrated with the joystick as it really caused me a lot of trouble... anyone can give me a suggestion whether to buy this SE k810i or not? pls & TQ! also,can let me know whether will the joystick spoils easily?

Looking for a new phone. My trusty Motorola L6 have finally given up the ghost.

1. Nokia (more user friendly I think)
2. <RM500
3. EDGE, Bluetooth, MP3, at least 2MP camera, extendable memory
4. Don't care though I prefer candybar

nope the joysticks on newer SE phones have improved much.treat it with care and it wont break down on you. my k750i joystick thats almost 2 years old is still working perfectly.

The nokia 3110c or 3500c would be in your budget. Just that its only a 1.3mp camera,not 2mp. Unless you want SE,then there's the k550i cybershot phone that has a 2mp camera with AF.

Style: Slider (candy bar is fine)
Features: Needs to have great music features! (XM, Walkman, etc)
Camera- Autofocus not necessary , 2.0 MP at least and flash would delight me.
Etc: Doesn't have to be slim, as long as features are good and not too simple.
Budget: RM 1000>

More than 2.5k post, maybe time for a new thread

My budget is less than RM 900. now i have few choices- W660, Nokia 5310,5610 (a little bit higher than my budget but still ok for me), 6120. can anybody tell me the difference among them? I wish for a good in music playing but camera is Ok. TQ

opinions on k770i? compared to the w610i.
