i currently wanna try TBC free trial 10 days.. but i use the wow client v 2.0.12
seems i can creathe the 2 new race. e/g gey colour.. how come? my client is the latest 1 right?

I think u need the TBC guest pass and not the normal guest pass
I think i have 4 tbc guest passes

is it my client 2.0.12 is the expansion client?

hmm....let's explain it this way.

There are 2 game softwares you need to install :

a)WoW Starter Pack
b)WoW : The Burning Crusade Expansion Pack

To play the 2 new races (the ones u see greyed out), you'll need to install both a) and b).

The 2.0.12 refers to the latest patch (i.e. updates) that is for both a) and b) game installation, whether you only have a) or both a) & b). Patches just means addition portions but does not mean a FULL GAME installation.

Why do you need b)? Because too many new graphics for the new races plus starting area plus Outlands (TBC). So even if seen were to give you the guest pass key, you'd still need to install b). You can do it via the WoW website, buy the retail game or borrow the game CDs from a friend.

mean that i got the starter pack installed, then i dl the expansion installer to update the client right?

Yep. DL the expansion installer. Installer are not patches though. Installers are usually a few GB huge. Patches are a few MB, probably a few hundred MB.

As for that link, it's down so i couldn't check.
