Go for the free food only. If you join them, you will need to find other members in order to get this scheme to continue to work.

100% a SCAM! I will stay away if I am you.

Scam.. you want to invest.. pay RM10 open trading account, put your money right int company holdings. Even unit trust is almost halfway to scam, but at least the managers work damn hard to prevent losss... but they eat a good portion of profits due to operations.

It pays to learn a little about the things you want to dump your resources into. No investment guarantees protection of capital. My best investment scheme was RM10. Period.

can also ask PIDM to save you why not.. even that has its limits to how much they can cover. Thats why funds can offer you coverage from their nett cashflow - doesn't grow on trees. I prefer to keep it in my hands. Direct trading increases exposure risk, but at annualised 12-18% returns vs 6-8% on mutual funds with fees etc etc whatnot, using brains a bit seems like a very good option. My asnb has been pretty much a waste of time - generating only effective 3-4% like FD thanks to the current shaky market. Capital protected? maybe, cause those guys will lose their jobs if they run negative and cash injection to keep dividends up.

Then i throw my hat into the bijan GE crash and made a handsome 20% - of course its one off nia lah - and now trump is screwing everyone arund him - but klci still doing pretty good for now.

Not saying you shouldnt keep a good figure in solid cash like FDs for more solid protection - its just comparing the risk return figures. Nothing is free. But knowledge can be fund for free nowadays.

so the statement "No investment guarantees protection of capital"....is flawed....

does he know PIDM does not cover unit trust investment?
FD is not an investment...
in UT investment.....the dividend distribution does NOT bring any gain to the money already invested in ?

Avoiding REITs Scam

my package applied with OTM was due on this month. The fund in my account can be fully withdraw before 15th Oct 2018. I made withdrawal on 3rd Oct 2018. Untill now, i check my account balance everyday but din see the money come in. I try contact their support and still no reply from them. Anyone here can tell me what to do next. It not just my fund stuck. My friends and i , few if us are still waiting the money. Thank

You might have just testified that it is an actual scam.

Go make report to Bank Negara and Police for action, may be just for more information help other from being scammed.

i will wait till next monday or tuesday.. If still no reply from OTM site, then will consider to make report. Pls spread this out to warn the other. Thank

Suggest to initiate the report asap to be first batch of reported victims and get the refund first if they are investigated and proved to be scam.

At least once the BNM triggered, their bank account will be frozen first, don't give time for their flee.

reported. OTM is on SC watchlist only. BNM reply to me is only to avoid them.

do their site even work? anyway manage to contact your friend who bring you into this scheme?

cz their bank used is in Indonesia, most investors know this.
