My experience on buying directly from Taobao.
1. The official 海外集运 packing is terrible, all my 6 parcels were lumped together and wrapped only with wrapping film. Hence all boxes were dented and out of shape.
2. Overcharged me on the shipping weight @ 10kg when the actual parcel I weighted was only 4.75kg upon arrival.

I think my previous Taobao agent provides better services in terms of packing and shipping weight accuracy.

Long time never use agent liao, so I don't know their rate now.
I'm using sea freight @ RM8/kg. Received in 18days from the day I paid for the 集运 fee.
