there is two way of send item back from taobao.
1. Official Taobao Cargo which after you purchase u don't have to worry on anything other than PAY.

2. Your own logistic.
After purchase (payment make), seller when send your item to your add in china (you can get the address your logistic guy).
Item arrived your logistic warehouse, you just inform your guy with local tracking number.
Logistic will pack your item and confirm you that final prices for shipping, both agree, payment done and your good is on the way to you.
