After clicking remove from the list it appears again when I search for Notepad again
Anyone knows how to get rid of it, very much appreciated!

Whenever I search from start menu for Notepad this file 'drive.txt' appears in recent but the file no longer exists
After clicking remove from the list it appears again when I search for Notepad again Anyone knows how to get rid of it, very much appreciated! |

To my surprise the list does not appear anymore today when I performed start menu app searching for notepad, guess the indexing is now updated!
