Puchong area

Just installed this 30mbps line 2 days ago, work smoothly until the rain this afternoon, after on/off the terminal (Huawei) the 'LOS' light still blink red colour.

Called hotline nobody pick up, is that only available on office hours?

Anyone in Puchong facing the same problem? Don't hesitate to share here.

i in shah alam also facing same issue,, but over a 10mbps connection.
while my other hse in kepong no issue at all using my same account. so,, literally can say issue only happen to certain place

Update: After diagnosed by technician, it confirmed to be cable snap (bending part at the bottom of modem), after some 'cut & connect' works it finally back to normal.
