Hi all,
I am a maxis postpaid user.
Anyone sharing a similar issue since Oct 2017, whereby most of the time about 10 or 15 min after internet browsing, the data signal starts to get "freezing", with web pages start loading with great difficulty like a 3g connection ( even after close browser and open again ), Plus, connection throttling every time in attempt to update any apps in Google playstore ?

If you are not connected with 4G+, chances are you are being forced onto Band7. Band7 has much poorer wall penetration than Band3. Alternatively you can disable Band7 on your phone to force it stick to Band3 all the time.

What's the correct step to set force it stick to Band3 ? And what are the pros and cons if set the connection just on Band3 ?

If you disable band 7 then it won't run on both band. You'll lose half of the bandwidth so to speak. I only know how to force/check it on Samsung phone.
