Yes almost everywhere. Mk always give good rental rate But also started to collapse liao.

One of the key investment now is look for which area has more China pipu stay.

Last time is japanese village, Jpop culture.... then korean village, Kpop culture.... now is China village, Cpop culture.

They are actually stay in a community. Usually split to 2 rich groups only.

1. china expat usually stay near to office. Near mrt/lrt. Most preferred walking distance to office. Mostly the condo/apartment are intro by their company Human Resources/ admin. Can look for china big firm then see the property nearby.

2. Business person or 2nd home pipu old china pipu, Consider rich group type. This pipu mostly stay close to each other/ nearby. How to see ler. Go check china restaurant and china grocery shop. If that place have 1 or 2 rows of shops open by them. Sure they stay around only. That place usually rental sibeh very good. Property price also very good too. Due to their minimum purchase price is rm1mil above. For most of them is sap sap siu.

Still got quite some rich china pipu chose to stay here lar. Not those super rich or ultra rich. Those ada sikit more $ or a mid level rich china pipu already sibeh rich liao. And 1mil property still consider affordable for them.

Just for your info, I got few relative work in china big firm. They ask their few china expat collegs, for them to choose between Bangkok, Singapore or Malasiao.. which place they prefer. They all said Malasiao. Coz the food and living expenses ok for them. In Thailand they have problem in language and food issue. In singland usually higher expenses and sing pipu mostly don’t like china pipu... and too many rules for them... a “fine” country.

In Malasiao, is a kopi country. rules always can duduk bincang, more opportunity for china business man. Language also no problem. Due to manyak Chinese speaking pipu here.

No need data lar. Go check around. See with your eye. In KL got few row of shop already took over by them to do business. Go there sit down Lim teh in china restaurant see the customers type. Kuchai shoplots is 1 of the example. More than 10 china restaurants in a row also ada China grocery shop. Customers there mostly china pipu and china family. Before that the few rows of shops area is sibeh dead area for many years. No pipu go there. Now sibeh Ong because of C pop rooting there.

In Thailand maybe have more. But in kl also got quite a lot and they live in a community too.
