Less than RM100 get it online. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, etc. Typical China look.

Slightly better on budget, Aeon in house brand. RM99 (promo) to RM300.

Mid range brand, Uniqlo, H&M, G2000, Padini, Topman, Tomaz, etc. RM190-RM400

Slightly more than mid range, Marks & Spencer, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Kingslager. RM400 - RM900.

If you want physical stores at that price that is not Departmental stores, it has to be Sg Wang and Times Square.
