with the massive development and furthermore if lower cost than surrounding, will affect TTDI as a nice place to stay. dry.gif
lets see in future whether such development 1000-2000 units with low cost/ mid cost will also come to places like taman duta.

taman duta is where the private residence of many VVIPs are including our PM, same with bukit damansara, with respect i doubt residents in ttdi are the same level.

how can dbkl force 2116 apartment units and a 6 lane highway conversion for jalan datuk sulaiman if the residents are really so high level VIP? it's a slap in the face for many owners of the bungalows and semi ds along this leafy shaded road.

TTDI and taman desa no longer "exclusive" but still got bukit tunku, kenny hills, damansara heights, bangsar, DPC, hartamas & dutamas which is not so crowded. YET. =D

looks like going to be a successful project. the serviced apartments here have a nice big park at doorstep. golf club views. ttdi address. 600m from MRT. negative point is high density.

should be much cheaper than nearby neighbour, the greens, RM1200 psf subsale!

Even if Ku Nan is charged in court for this fiasco, will this stop the Malton group from developing that land? I really doubt so.

Looks like the repeat of the Atria Shopping Centre redevelopment saga (link).

For a moment, DBKL were bragging about seizing back 13 plots of land from certain developers where 3 aren't too happy and planned to take legal action. Now, doing the same thing against Malton is now a pipe dream at this stage and the TTDI folks seem to realise this. Will be interesting to see what the outcome will be.

mayor of KUL already said mah…...no way dbkl can stop a commercially legally signed contract without paying huge compensation (out of tax payers money).

but what I don't understand is that IF dbkl can prove that the reason malton get the building licence is via illegal means surely dbkl can stop the project rite?
