Townhouse for the most part, are less expensive than landed homes, but offers condo conveniences and better value with its larger built ups. A balance in affordability and privacy. thumbsup.gif thumbsup.gif

Your statement of "overpriced landed with condo features" is very misleading especially when you can get a townhouse at between 30% - 40% lower price per sq ft compared to condo.

And that is not taking into the fact that a townhouse could be so much more bigger and spacious than a condo which is so much more reasonable for people who is planning for a family.
