but for general malaysians... its closest to own a landed than condo, flat, apartment and etc....    thats why this price point will sell very well despite sized like a condo and mostly no condo facilities except maybe clubhouse....

if you want to share upper or lower space with someone, might as well go for condo. Why townhouse?

most are tandem parking, sharing almost same access with yr neigbours, got yard but not sure upper neighbour will throw rubbish down boh...

might as well buy standard links.......why nak susah susah buy overpriced landed with condo features?

also for subsale, you are either better off normal link or lose out to condo. worse of both products.
