What is the difference between the ip8 and ip8 plus glass back?
I have an iphone 8 plus with shattered glass back, dropped it on the tar road
It is more expensive to replace the back glass compared to the front screen, so as of now I just slap on a casing and dun see the crack 

I think any drop from considerable height (ear level, maybe) on hard surface may result in a crack if your phone has no casing or protection of some sort. So if wireless charging is not important to you and you plan to use the phone naked, then the i7 with aluminum back would be a better buy for you. You'd save some money too!

Either i7 or i8, front all glass so it's d*mn if you do, d*mn if you don't

Why don't you wait for the next gen of iPhones? We're just 2 or 3 months away now.

Actually the iPhone X is not that much bigger compared to the iPhone 7 or 8 in terms of dimensions, and does work one-handed quite well.

The price, of course, is another story

too bad no Apple Care+. if not could get it replace at a fraction of original cost.

Dear guys, I'm hoping to get some feedback and opinion here on buying a new phone.

I'm planning to get either Iphone 8 (256GB) - RM2,180 or 8 Plus (64GB) - RM2,615 under Maxis One plan.

But currently undecided whether should I buy it during this last month of GST zero period or should i just wait for the new launch of the Iphone which expected to launch next month?

With the launch of new Iphone. Do you think that the Iphone 8 or Iphone 8 Plus price would drop much with the consideration of SST kicking in too?

Depends on the casing. If it's sturdy enough, it should protect the phone but also sometimes depends on how you drop it

what are the range of coverage?

Just sold my 8+ and am now ready for the next iPhone

I tend to keep my iPhones for much longer (a year), but yeah, Android devices I usually sell after a month or two. Every time I buy and sell, rugi a couple of hundreds. So I see it like spending money on a bad habit like say drinking or smoking, ha ha...

Edit: I think Uncle Benny keeps his devices far longer than me, hahaha... I did buy his HTC U11 sometime ago though
