I guess order can be cancelled since there is no deposit collected.

As for touch ID, you will never know if Apple will be coming out with "on-screen touch ID" , rumors spread that some patent registration has been on going regarding this.

Updated last night. Visually faster for the mentioned enhancement like camera app opening, apps opening, keyboard, etc.

Added AR measurement tool.

Some enhancement on photo grouping and search function.

The rest nothing special worth mentioning since I8+ is still pretty much smooth operating even before the upgrade.
