Hi guys, i suddenly noticed my storage usage under "others" is almost 20gb. May i know what is this and how do i delete it?

That's why im wondering how can it be taking up so much storage space now...this has never happened before even on my previous iphones.

Ya im using whatsapp. There is quite alot of pics in my whatsapp but i doubt it will reach 20gb. If im not wrong, whatsapp pics also a few 100kb only right for one pic?

Anybody tried using the lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter? I realised sometimes after connecting to phone, the phone doesn't detect there is a headphone. I have to remove and plug in again for it to detect. Not sure if its software or hardware related

Wondering how do you guys transfer photo to pc? When i open the DCIM folder on pc, the photos are not in chronological order, making it so difficult to find photos. I can't sort created dates so i have to sort modified dates, which still causes some photos to not be in order.
