Hi guys, is there anyway to check iPhone is Telco set or not?

If you don’t yet have a data plan then buying from a telco makes sense, but before you sign a two year contract with the telco it’s worth considering the overall cost of ownership and more importantly the telco’s coverage in your area. If not, you can try scouting online platforms for some good deals on the 8+, since there is rarely any promotion on it offered by retail stores.

The XR quite tempting, better battery and the new design...but have to give up dual camera, 3d touch and sharper screen...

strangely our local resellers only stock up a lot of iphone 7, but not iphone 8.
