hmm.... I don't think it'll freeze in cold, I just came back from London weeks ago after getting the x and use it in snow but didn't get any issues...... but theres a report on the iphone x screen being unresponsive and inaccurate in cold, which apple already issue software update to fix it...

Is it safe buying an iPhone not from Apple authorised reseller? Any issue?

Directd is not an Apple authorised reseller, as i checked on Apple website. My question was is there any difference buying from non-authorised and authorised reseller if both are selling MY units.

we answered you, theres no difference in buying from unauthorized like directd vs authorized like machines mac city etc...coz if you're getting MY set its from apple store Malaysia (unless they sell you Telco set and categorize it as MY), you can always check with them.... btw why buy from directd? cheaper?
