Make sure your touch ID is enable for app store. Try restart your phone, otherwise you might need to reset your phone doh.gif

I see tongue.gif Maybe Monarch will be bulky than Plasma. I am new to UAG Monarch too, so far so good. I find it lighter, but of course still bulky.
