iPhone 8 Plus here, running on 11.3 since it was released. No issues thus far.

In my opinion, not much different from 11.2.6. Performance is much smoother though.

No, Apple Care is not offered for iPhones purchased in Malaysia.

When I first installed iOS 11.3 on my wife's 8 Plus, it showed 98% (using since October 2017). Then, we swapped phones, she took over my X and I took her 8 Plus, I reset it and restored my data on her phone. It now shows 100%

So try a reset. See if the results are different.

The other way around bro, the 8+ lasts longer than the X. But just marginally. My wife also initially complained that the X battery drains quite fast compared to when she was using the 8+ but now she said it got better after a couple of weeks and now she feels' it's quite similar too.

The X has two batteries that total capacity is bigger than the 8 Plus, but maybe because of the layout it’s a little less efficient.
