My battery health drop to 80%. Is it mean it’s time to change battery?

If yes, may I know how much is it and where I can do it?? Thx

Hi guy, anyone has issue with the home button?
It seems harden and hard to press.

After phone restart its okay. After some times, it harden again. Any idea?
