this has been discussed earlier... its true that ios cuts off current to the phone at 100% but as your phone goes on standby, it literally drop.. so its like 100% -> 99% -> 100% -> 99% -> 100% -> 99%... after a long period of time.. it wears off the battery..

Somethings like when we are in shopping mall, GPS can bring us to any shop we want as it will show the floor structure.

Hmmm why i feel 11.2.2 behave differently with my iphone 8+? Much faster drainage now compared to before update

Overnight ( 8 hours) battery drain on 11 2.2 was 4% last nite
Looks like s a degradation vs previous firmware
Anyway no serious big issue for me
One night I tested with both wifi n LTE off it drained 1%

I never close a single app. On previous firmware usually zero drain and sometimes maximum 1% only
